For a long time I did what many women do too well, kept going. I built the career, raised my family, developed teams, pushed through pressure & tried to meet the expectations that come with being capable, reliable & accountable.

Somewhere along the way, I got tired. The corporate willy-waving, backstabbing & unrealistic expectation to perform. At the same time, I started seeing intelligent, successful women around me quietly breaking, no fuss or ceremony, just small sobs in toilet cubicles.

I want to be a person who creates space for the people who feel lost, overwhelmed or stuck. Helping them feel heard, to reconnect with their own strength and for them to leave feeling a little clearer & braver than when we first met.
